How To MoVe
MoVe-ing is quick, easy, and designed to get you there without the hassle. Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Download the App
Grab the MoVe app from the App Store or Google Play. It’s your scooter key, map, wallet, and mission control—everything in one tap.
Step 2 – Scan to Unlock
Use the app to scan the QR code on the scooter. You’ll hear it unlock — just like that, you’re ready to ride.
Step 3 – MoVe Freely
Cruise through Moncton, Dieppe, or Riverview at your own pace. Navigate the city safely with smart speed zones and real-time map support.
Step 4 – Park + End Ride
Find an approved parking spot or Bonus Zone, then park the scooter neatly. Before ending your ride, the app will prompt you to snap a quick photo to confirm it’s parked correctly. Tap “End Ride,” and you’re all set.
Know Your MoVe Zones
MoVe Zones help keep our cities safe, smooth, and compliant. Here’s how each one works.
🟢 Green – Bonus Zone
End your ride here and get 10% back on your trip. It’s our way of saying thanks for parking smart.
🟣 Purple – No Parking
You can ride through these zones, but you can’t end your ride here. Keep cruising until you're in a designated parking area.
🔴 Red – No-Go Zone
Scooters will automatically stop if you enter a red zone. You’ll need to return to a service area to resume riding.
🟡 Yellow – Slow Zone
Scooters are limited to 15 km/h in these areas for safety. Think parks, pedestrian paths, and high-foot-traffic zones.
