Same Mission.

MoVe is growing fast, and that means we need people who can keep the operation tight. The work splits into two key lanes: fleet mechanics and fleet operators. Different skills, different responsibilities, same standard. If you want hands-on work that actually keeps the brand moving, this is where it starts.

Fleet Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose scooter issues from symptoms, not guesses

  • Repair or replace worn parts

  • Inspect brakes, wheels, throttle, lights, wiring, and hardware

  • Isolate unsafe units and keep them out of service

  • Run post-repair checks before release

  • Document work clearly so nothing gets lost

Best Fit If You Are:

  • comfortable working on scooters from diagnosis to repair

  • able to follow repair procedures and safety checks

  • good at spotting issues and fixing them properly

  • dependable with notes, handoffs, and quality

  • steady in a fast-moving workshop

Fleet Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Stage scooters where demand is building

  • Reposition the fleet throughout the day

  • Check battery levels and readiness

  • Pull weak or problem scooters out of circulation

  • Keep parking clean and organized

  • Document what was moved, fixed, or flagged

Best Fit If You Are:

  • able to adapt to a changing day without getting sloppy

  • disciplined with checklists and documentation

  • comfortable working in different weather conditions

  • Able to Identify Scooter problems early

  • reliable when it comes to handoffs and follow-through
